Anker Innovations Initiate Replacement Program for "22D51" batch of Battery Pack for eufy Clean Robotic Vacuum

Modified on: Thu, 14 Nov, 2024 at 1:59 PM

The Anker Innovations team wants to share a matter of utmost importance concerning a small number of lithium-ion batteries used in specific eufy brand robotic vacuums. Our quality control team has identified that these batteries originated from a single production batch (product code "22D51") produced during the week of December 19, 2022. The team found that 0.07% of this batch of battery pack may exhibit signs of overheating such as smoking, melting, and/or igniting.

The safety and satisfaction of our valued customers are key priorities. In line with this commitment, we have proactively initiated a battery pack replacement program and reach out to the consumers through Email and the users who registered on eufy Clean app.
