What should I do if my X9 Pro/X10 Pro Omni’s mop pad holder falls off?

The robot X9 Pro is designed to allow users to easily clean the mop pad. The mop pad holder is installed underneath the robot using a magnetic system. However, during the cleaning process, the mop pad holder may become dislodged due to external forces acting in the opposite direction. 

To fix this issue, simply reattach the mop pad holder to the magnetic tray. It is important to ensure that the mop pad holder is securely attached before restarting cleaning. 

To prevent this issue from happening in the future, it is recommended to regularly check the mop pad holder's attachment before starting a cleaning cycle. Additionally, it is important to clear any obstacles or debris that may interfere with the robot's movements, as this can also cause the mop pad holder to become dislodged.
