What should I do if my S1 Pro's suction becomes weak?

Please refer to the following common causes and solutions if your S1 Pro's suction power has diminished.

  1. The robot's dust inlet may be blocked.
  • Cause: The side brush, roller brush, dustbin, and high-performance filter inside the dustbin may have residual debris blocking the dust inlet.
  • Solution: Carefully clean the residual debris from the side brush, roller brush, dustbin, and high-performance filter inside the dustbin.
  1. The brush guard strip or filter in the dustbin may be damaged.
  • Cause: The brush guard strip may be either damaged or missing, or the foam seal at the dustbin outlet may be damaged.
  • Solution: Check if the brush guard strip is intact; if it is damaged or missing, please replace it as soon as possible. Also, please inspect the dustbin outlet's foam seal to ensure it is not damaged.
