HomeVac H30-Why does the pipe tool detach from the hard floor brush during cleaning?

Normally, the pipe tool will not detach from the hard floor brush if it is installed properly. If both parts are not physically broken, please confirm if the pipe tool was installed properly as shown in the pictures below：
