If you are unable to receive push notifications from the eufy app on your phone/tablet, please try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:
- Check if the phone/tablet has an Internet connection. Please try switching the phone/tablet's network to another WiFi network or try using cellular data.
- Verify the phone/tablet is functioning normally. Please note that certain phone/tablet models will pause sending push notifications when the phone/tablet is in power-saving mode, do not disturb mode, or low battery mode.
- Check whether the phone/tablet has granted the eufy app permission to send notifications and make sure it's enabled.
- Please be aware that certain Android phone models require users to enable the "Autostart" option for apps.
- Try using the eufy app on another phone/tablet to verify if push notifications can be received.
- Try restarting the phone/tablet. This is a simple step that can fix temporary issues.
- Update the phone/tablet to its latest operating system (iOS or Android) version, and then update the eufy app to the latest version.
- Uninstall and reinstall the eufy app on your phone/tablet. Please rest assured that the existing devices under your eufy account will not be deleted.
